Photo ID is required for all in-store pickups. Processing time is 1-3 Business Days. You will receive an order confirmation email with your order number. Once your order has been processed you will receive a 2nd email letting you know your order is ready for pick up, or a UPS tracking number. Should you need to cancel your order please email us at uabookstore@bama.ua.edu

In-Store pickups can only be picked up by the student named on the order.

Refund Information:
Receipt given with course materials is required for all refunds.
The last day for course materials refunds for Interim is May 8, 2013
The last day for course materials refunds for Full Term Summer is June 3, 2013
The last day for course materials refunds for Summer I is June 3, 2013
The last day for course materials refunds for Summer II is July 8, 2013
