New course materials must be in new condition (unopened codes, no markings, no bent covers, no scuffs).
Shrink wrapped bundles and/or sets are refundable only if digital access codes and CDs are unopened.
Full refunds are available during first week only of regular semester classes with original receipt. During interim term and all other timeframes, refunds are available only within 48 hours of purchase and only with original receipt.
Trade book Refunds:

Web/Mail Return Form
A copy of the Supply Store Sales receipt is required to process all returns. When packaging your return please secure it properly with packing materials to prevent damage during shipment. If your order was shipped or purchased at either the Supe Store Student Center, the Corner Supe Store, or Town Center Supe Store, you can use the link here to create a UPS return label. When creating the UPS return label please enter the Supe Store receipt/order number and retain a copy of the tracking number for your records.

If you choose to use the UPS Supe Store return label to return a
diploma frame to the Supe Store, $35.00 will be deducted from

Orders will be shipped on weekdays during regular business hours for USPS and UPS.
Standard Shipping via UPS or USPS: $5.99 for Continental US (except for technology and diploma frames)
2nd Day Shipping via UPS: Rates begin at $18.00 and vary based on location and order total.
Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Military Bases (APO/AE/FPO): Rates begin at $15.95 and vary based on location and order total.
International shipments: Not available at this time.
Note that some items may require an additional shipping or handling charge due to size, weight, or special handling needs. The customer will be contacted in these situations. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
In-Store Pickup Policies
No charge (except for purchase of custom law and doctoral gowns.)
Orders for store pick-up are available during normal store hours once processed (allow 2 business hours and receipt of order-complete email).
Please indicate name of person picking order up if it differs from order. ID or ACT Card will be required for store pick-up.
In-Store pick-ups will be held for 30 days from date of order. Abandoned orders will be shipped to the billing address listed on the order and are non-refundable.

Important Credit Card Processing information:
Billing address and Store Pick-up address: please enter the billing address that can be found on your credit card/banking card account. If the billing address
you enter on your Supe Store order does not match the billing address on your
card statement, you will not be able to proceed with an online order.
If your billing address is a PO box: Please enter the Box number only, do not input the PO Box information.
(i.e. instead of PO Box 1234 Tuscaloosa Ave. you would only enter 1234 Tuscaloosa Ave., again this is for
billing address only, this does not apply to the shipping address).
If your billing address includes a numbered street name, please spell out that street name.
(i.e. instead of 1234 5th Ave, you would enter 1234 fifth Ave. Again, this is for billing address only, this does not apply to shipping address)
Shipping address: please enter the address where you wish to ship the order.
